We accept exchanges for eligible items within 3 days from the date of purchase. To initiate an exchange, customers must provide the original receipt as proof of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for any delivery fees associated with the exchange process. This includes the cost of returning the original item to us and the delivery fees for shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.
